The Role

As a Multimedia and Copywriting Specialist, you will create and manage both visual and written content to support our marketing and communication strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure all assets align with our brand and resonate with our audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Design high-quality visual content (graphics, infographics, illustrations) and craft compelling copy for campaigns, social media, email marketing, and the website.
• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content, including product demos and explainer videos to support marketing campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual and written content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone across all platforms.
• Content Sourcing: Source high-quality imagery and develop engaging written content for articles and social media.
• Collaboration: Work with the content and marketing teams to ensure multimedia and copywriting assets complement campaign objectives.
• Innovation: Continuously improve our content by experimenting with new techniques and staying updated on industry trends.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Multimedia Specialist, Graphic Designer, or Copywriter.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Strong video editing and production skills.
• Exceptional writing and copy-editing abilities for various platforms.
• Creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Knowledge of design trends, branding principles, copywriting techniques, and user experience design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and effective messaging.
• Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Authorized to work in the Netherlands and live close to our office in Zoetermeer (45 minutes of travel).
• Available 40 hours a week in our office in Zoetermeer.
