To support our ambitious goals, we are looking for a dedicated and innovative Industrial Designer with a background in Mechanical Engineering to join our team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Industrial Designer with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering to drive the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge algae control technologies. This role is crucial for advancing our product offerings and ensuring they meet the highest technical and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new products and systems, ensuring they meet both technical and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams to create prototypes and oversee product development from concept to production.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments to guide the design process.
  • Optimize existing products for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Utilize CAD software and other design tools to develop and visualize product concepts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards throughout the design and development process.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams during the production phase.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in industrial design, preferably in water treatment or related industries.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental preservation.
  • Experience with ultrasonic technology is a plus.
