Position Summary:
The Environmental Project Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring successful project execution, and providing expert guidance on water quality management solutions. Serving as the primary point of contact for a designated client base, this role advocates for customer needs while collaborating with internal teams to enhance products and services. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing annual billing, interpreting and analyzing water quality data, and delivering hands-on support to ensure project success.
Position duties and responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated client base, managing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Client Advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer within LG Sonic, sharing valuable insights and feedback across teams to enhance products and services.

Collaboration: Work closely with the After Sales team to implement initiatives that drive client success and satisfaction.

Hands-On Support: Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, manage annual billing, interpret and disseminate water quality data, and provide solutions to ensure the success of projects.
Qualification and requirements:

Strong communication and listening skills

Knowledge or experience with CRM platforms is preferred.

Educational background or experience in the water quality sector

Affinity to water quality management and water-related industries

A solution-oriented mindset with an affinity for providing technical troubleshooting guidance

Self-starter with a proactive approach to improving customer experience and education

Ability to travel out of state / country (passport required or willing to obtain)

Valid driver’s license

Willingness to undergo a background check and drug testing
