Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated client base, managing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Customer Advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer within LG Sonic, sharing valuable insights and feedback across teams to enhance products and services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success team to implement initiatives that drive customer success and satisfaction.
  • Hands-On Support: Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure seamless customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and listening skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Knowledge or experience with CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Affinity to water quality management and water-related industries.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with an affinity for providing technical troubleshooting guidance.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to improving customer experience and education.
  • Authorized to work in the Netherlands and residing near Zoetermeer (45 min travel time to the office).
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) in our Zoetermeer office.
